We had viewing experience from different agents but the warm and friendly attitude of those from Robert Ellis was hardly matched. Both Ella and Joe were very helpful in answering any queries we had. Joe’s extremely polite and kind nature was palpable while Ella was warm and joyful in her approach. Though we didn’t choose any of the houses we viewed with them we had a pleasant experience and a lasting impression with both. Thank You and wish you all the best.

Excellent experience. The property had real positive vibes and perfect aesthetics which I was seeking. Most importantly the person who showed the property, Joe. He is so decent, well behaved and a great informative person. I must say Robert Ellis surpass the others in all dimensions. They have the most comfortable and aesthetically brilliant properties to offer, committed staff and more than that they have most well behaved and supportive staff regarding the viewings. I went for viewing with a damaged and fractured arm and terrible pain but Joe made me feel so comfortable that I forgot my unfortunate health condition. Even he wished me a speedy and safe recovery twice which other agency guys never did. Also he helped us to take the needed medication there. Me and my wife, we both are thankful and obliged to him and the Robert Ellis team for the nice gesture. They helped me to find a home far away from my country with decency and commitment. Great and carry on with this great behaviour guys.

We had an excellent experience with the staff at Robert Ellis. The office staff were very friendly and helpful during our meeting, and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and patiently. At our property viewing, Joe was fantastic as well. He arrived exactly on time, showed us all of the features of the property, and clearly explained how EPC ratings and council taxes work as well as the different systems in the house. We’re expats relocating to the area so much of this is very different to what we’ve known before. The thoughtfulness and patience shown by everyone we spoke with at Robert Ellis was greatly appreciated.

Had Joe showing me round and he is one of the most informative agents I have come across, very approachable too. Most agents just show you into the house, but he makes a point of giving you all the information including council tax band and energy ratings etc. and then also checks how you are personally. Definitely recommend.

Really awesome experience from start to finish. I've enjoyed the professionalism shown and demonstrated by Lauren Bennett at the start of the process. Sound advice, knowledgeable and friendly. Equally, her colleague, Megan Riley and her office colleagues have been very magnificent throughout - as a first time buyer, Megan has been there, advising, chasing, organizing, re-assuring and the communication whether good or bad, she has been there all the way and above all patient.
