I’ve had Tomlinsons manage my flat for around 18 months and the service I’ve received has always been great. Any problems with the property or tenants are dealt with effectively and with little to no hassle from my end. Rent is always collected on time and they have been proactive in the very few occasions a tenant hasn’t paid on time. Both Joe and now Amy have been superb in keeping me informed and updated at all times. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

From a business perspective Tomlinson Estates are immaculate! They deliver on time (rare these days) they are efficient and have always let my property ahead of schedule each and every year. If they say they will ring you back they do and if any problems arise with maintenance etc they deal with the matter in a professional and economical way. Whilst still remaining professional ALL the staff go beyond the norm, they have a sense of humour (always an asset) are very welcoming and they even give me lifts in to town to go shopping when I visit! I can't recommend them highly enough!

Maintenance is always dealt with quickly and proportionately to the severity of the issue. After 3 years using these agents they have got more professional every year. Not getting deposits back is not always the fault of the agents and is often the landlord, so other bad reviews are unfounded.
