Wblets are extremely helpful and always stay in contact with there tenants. We had a really smooth experience throughout our tenancy and would highly recommend this letting agent. Although the flat was not in the best condition to start with, all problems encountered were solved quickly and efficiently. The best letting agent I’ve rented from! Kathleen is so helpful and responsive, she genuinely cares for her tenants. She goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect before moving in and during the tenancy. Nothing is too much trouble for her and I truly feel valued. You feel like you can really trust her and the landlords she represents. I wouldn’t rent with any other company and have been a tenant of hers for 2 years now and just signed for my next house making it my 3rd property renting from her. Not entirely sure where to start with this review, but I hope that my thoughts assist with making a decision on a property that peaks your interest! I have been with WB Letts twice now, and the service both times have been impeccable! The staff are amazing in every aspect. They take pride in the properties they let and their main interest is creating a safe and friendly environment for the tenants. The properties are at the highest quality which puts them way ahead of any letting agency I’ve come across in Nottingham. The price is incredibly reasonable for the properties they provide, the added bonus is the service and you’ll be utterly blown away with the attitude of the staff. This is my first time moving out and renting, right from the start Kathleen went above and beyond. She made me feel I could trust her and she ensured that the whole process was as positive and easy as possible. Im happy I chose WB lets, kathleen and the team are both professional and responsive.

Kathleen is upbeat and very kind, she has a lot of properties under her belt and she answers her phone at all hours regardless. The problem is primarily the landlord as Kathleen will report any issues to him but nothing will really be done. The landlord has almost 40 properties most of which are with wb let's and this is why I can't give 5 stars sadly. We've had a rat in the property, sewage problems and electrical shorts and to top it off the landlord refused to believe a van reversed into a wall and tried to charge us for it despite there being debris from a van on our drive the same drive he agreed the neighbours are allowed to reverse into. We also pay for a cleaner which hasn't been to the property for 6weeks. I give Kathleen 10/10 and our landlord 6/10.
