Ian and Debbie are very professional, and offer an individual tailored landlord service. Customer service is excellent and they answered all queries I had promptly via email or telephone. We chose White House Lettings after an internet search in our area. I liked the personal service they offered and wanted to support a local family business. Their Facebook page has a really personal touch and it was nice to see them reaching out to their customers during the pandemic. I also spoke to Ian on the phone and he made me feel confident of his support when letting our first property, (which is definitely what we needed!!) Fed up of being ripped off by chain letting agents who promise a good job and take 10% for doing nothing?!!? I was, so I put my personal property as well as some company residential let's with Debbie and Sam @ Whitehouse Letting, they do everything they say they will do and offer a fair and balanced service for both tenants and landlords alike. They also remit the rent on the due date, not a week after the tenants are contracted to pay it - unlike some of the "Leaders-ING" competition (who I also use)!
