INCREDIBLE SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH. After a somewhat typical house purchase to begin with this soon turned into quite a complex case when it was going through legals. Your Move were fantastic at keeping us moving and keeping all parties updated along the way. Angela came round to value my property, and she was really lovely and friendly and showed a real enthusiasm in selling my house. After discussing fees and comparing them with other firms , we decided to proceed with Your Move as they were by far the most competitive and realistic with the valuation. The photographer came out and did a fantastic job of showing the house in its best light! The brochure and marketing looked fantastic and within 3 days of the property going live we had several virtual viewings(excellently arranged and conducted by Natalie), lots of physical viewings and a full asking price offer. The team were absolutely fantastic and I had great feedback from people viewing about how good the virtual tour was and how friendly Natalie was when arranging viewings. So, my house was sold by Yourmove Kirkby who from start to finish have been professional, courteous, efficient and above all personal. Dealing with each of them was can be likened only to ringing a friend to do you a favour, the team being Kurtis, Natalie, Phillippa and Angie, Angie who did the original introductory appointment and valuation was positive and excited by her job and keen to get on with the process, knowledgeable and through in her details of what they have done and could do for me. In the closing stages, both Kurtis and Natalie especially really pressed to meet a very tight deadline. I used a solicitor of their choice who was brilliant throughout and the photographer was also recommended by them and again excellent. Very friendly chap! Reviewed our mortgage with Your Move and had excellent service from Chris the advisor who helped us through every step, particularly any obstacles or over complicated parts involving third parties. We think that internal Your Move employees that oversee the mortgage advisors are a little over cautious when the lenders have already agreed in principle but Chris ensured this was a minor point also. Very friendly and professional service that we would not hesitate to recommend.
