We have worked with Zebra Lets for over 8 years with Dan (our Property Manager) for over all the properties we own in Nottingham. We personally believe they have always been very professional and really helped us understand the new the legislation which has been introduced over the years. I would highly recommend the Zebra team (Waq, Helen, Adam, Garth, Mary..etc), they have gone above and beyond at times with helping tenants and landlords. As an agency they use a maintenance app which is very helpful (as long as the tenants fill in the request, we can check in in real time and speak with the contractors, the tenants can also communicate with the contractors via the app ) Personally I believe we are always quick to comment on the negatives, but not the positives. Reading through some of the reviews it is very hard to believe everything you read! There is always two sides to a story, we have always talked through the options available and tried to be fair to everyone. We use letting agent in London and can see there is a world of difference, Zebra make the time to fully understand the issues at hand and working together we get these resolved. Zebralets were very helpful regarding my third and fourth year student housing. I felt like the estate agents were showing me around properties they thought i would like rather than just properties they want to get rid of (like other estate agents). It was very easy to report maintenance problems via their website and these issues were always resolved quickly. Everyone there is very friendly and I don't think I could have asked for a better experience with an estate agency.

In my final year as a student at Nottingham Trent, I had a fantastic experience renting a student house with Zebra Lets. We had some issues with the Landlord at the start of the year and the agency was quick to help and ensure that we were well looked after and the issues were resolved. Zebra lets were really attentive and accommodating. I am a student in Nottingham and when using Zebra Lets I was studying abroad for my first semester. This was not a problem for them. They took their time over this issue in making sure I had a replacement tenant with whom to share, despite it taking longer than expected. When moving into the house I found them caring to our house's slight issues, and on a regular basis checked that both we and the house were looked after. They made you feel totally welcome and went above and beyond their approach as a letting agent. Would really recommend!

Having had some bad experiences with a few student landlord/letting agents and struggling to find a letting agent that would accommodate our needs regarding different tenants studying abroad for different semesters of the year, Zebra Lets were a saving grace to us. They were able to provide what we needed to ensure a smooth transition from semester to semester with different tenants being in the house at different stages of the year. All contracts and deposits were handled efficiently and in a fair manner, and we felt like we could fully trust the agents with all financial matters. Throughout our year tenancy, Zebra Lets were always at hand if we ever had a query, problem or an issue that needed to be resolved. In the few instances where workmen were needed at the house, the contacts arranged by the agent all were friendly and we were given sufficient notice to when they would be arriving. If there were ever an emergency, we were sure that we would be able to get in contact with one of the staff members. This ensured that our year spent in the property ran smoothly and we thoroughly enjoyed living in one of their properties. Personally I would highly recommend Zebra Lets as immediately they make you feel at ease, and are extremely accommodating to all needs.

Very good experience with Zebralets. Any issues we had regarding maintainance etc were always dealt with quickly and without any hassle. At the start of the year we rented a place from top 365 that turned out to be uninhabitable, according to the council. At that point in time we had nowhere else to go. We looked around with a lot of different estate agents and zebra lets were the only agency who understood the predicament we were in and tried their utmost to help.
