I am lucky to have the agent Jonathan Gregory during our entire purchase. He was professional and nice with detailed knowledge about the house and neighbourhood that give us lots of inputs. He is always reachable and provides valuable recommendations on solicitors, surveyor, architect and even refer us furniture company to find the treasures matching the house. We viewed the property more than once and he arrived early everytime with patience. Glad to use this company and service by Jonathan.

I cannot praise Jonathan from Alistair Redhouse highly enough. He achieved a fantastic price for my elderly mother's house but, more importantly, his professionalism, attention to detail and courtesy were outstanding. One of the best things about him was that he always replied to messages almost instantly and he could not have been more accommodating to my mother's wishes. He arranged viewings in blocks to minimise disruption and accompanied every single viewing personally, which meant a great deal to Mum. Nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond in helping with things that were not strictly within an estate agent's remit. Having a constant, capable and reassuring presence throughout the selling process was wonderful and the service from this smaller agency was far beyond anything I have ever experienced with larger, corporate agencies. You will never regret choosing Alistair Redhouse - we were so glad we found them!

I had a long stressful journey of buying and selling property duo to unprofessional solicitor recommended by Chancellors. I was at the point of withdraw, and Jonathan Gregory contacted me and guided me through the whole process. I'm not the Jonathan's customer, but the owner the property I'm buying from is Jonathan's customer. Jonathan proactively listened my issues, gathered all the information and started to contact everyone involved in my case. Cut long story in short, Jonathan Gregory is the most reliable, professional, approachable, compassionate, understanding,etc consultant I have ever met. He put customer's need first, he is providing outstanding service for everyone. Once again, I strongly recommend this company, I wish I knew them earlier.

From the outset Alistair Redhouse have been extremely professional and a pleasure to be involved with. We were previously with another estate agent and had more than twice as many viewings with Alistair Redhouse in two weeks than we did with the other estate agent in three months. Our link to the organisation was Jonathan Gregory. Jonathan was approachable and friendly, whilst remaining professional throughout. He was always available or would return calls as soon as he could and we were informed at every step of the process what was required of us and what others were doing. Without his support we would probably not have moved by now. It was a long process due to others in the chain not fulfilling their duties. Jonathan took charge of the situation, directly involving himself with others in the chain who he was not acting for, to ensure that our sale could proceed. The information and photographs for our old property were far superior than the previous estate agent provided and actually 'sold' the house. Alistair Redhouse provided a video walkthrough that others did not. Due to Covid, many estate agents would not let us view or even had the option of a walkthrough video. Jonathan provided walkthroughs of each property we were interested in which allowed us to discount some properties immediately saving time visiting them in person. Jonathan also accompanied us on several of the house viewings that we undertook and advised on the suitability of our choices without putting pressure to go for the biggest or most expensive. Even when Jonathan was unavailable, the rest of the team were highly professional in dealing with our queries. Thank you Alistair Redhouse team and especially Jonathan.

Jonathan at AR in Botley certainly knows how to rescue a failing deal. At the bottom of our chain there were solicitors that were extremely incompetent, almost causing the whole thing to collapse, but through his persistence, constant communication with all parties, including those who were not his clients, we all got there and have now moved home. You never expect a situation such as this to happen at the fault of solicitors, but he really went above and beyond - I do not believe that most estate Agents would go to the lengths that he did to ensure that all 5 parties got the desired outcome.
