T. B.Ben did a fabulous job identifying an off-market office space in Central Oxford. Ben was extremely persistent in following up with the vendor, closing the deal and sorting out multiple tricky contractual elements. The property has proved absolutely ideal. Other friends subsequently retained him for a private house search where he secured two outstanding properties. Highly recommended.

I had very specific requirements that was not a filter option on any of the moving websites (Rightmove etc), and they were instrumental in attaining those requirements. But not just that, considering the Oxfordshire market, they made house hunting enjoyable, informative and within my time constraints. A first for me and the Oxfordshire market!

We met Ben and Greg after our original choice fell through and we never looked back. They were fantastic, organised, 100% professional, did their research of the area, listened wholeheartedly, and went the extra mile putting in our bid for our dream home. They made such a difference to the whole process. We came to them a little dejected and anxious, and left having had fun and found the house of our dreams that met our massive list of requirements! What an amazing result, it’s massively improved our home life and for me personally in my business - where I work from home. I can’t recommend Ben and Greg enough. I will definitely contact them again if I ever need to move house. 5 stars every time.
