Just finished a 2 year student housing tenancy with Spire Properties. We have had the best experience with them. Whenever we had an issue with the property it was solved immediately, even on weekends. Craig Carter who runs Spire Properties is very friendly, super speedy on replying to emails, and very helpful. I cannot fault Spire Properties at all. Plus, most letting agents take an age to return the deposit when it comes to student housing, or find the slightest flaw and charge you an obscene amount...but with Spire Properties we received our full-deposit back within a week of the end-tenancy...helped by the fact that we got Compass Clean in to clean the property (which do discounts if you are with Spire Properties). 5 stars!

Just finished a year with spires (leaving only because I'm moving to another city). They were excellent during the whole process and always dealt with any issues (which were rare!) very quickly. I've absolutely nothing to fault, the team were really friendly and overall the experience was much better than any other estate agent I've been with in Oxford. I could not recommend them anymore.
