Taylor’s have been great - particularly Mohammed - we have had issues ourselves with sorting out the correct paperwork to sell the houses for the estate - they have been nothing but helpful and extremely(!) patient. We have used letting agency for many years - always friendly, helpful and courteous. Full management service provides peace of mind. Tenant succession has been very good with only few days when property has been empty. Now looking to sell. Early stages, but sales team have been attentive and professional. Initial viewing within first week on market and promise of regular reviews to ensure we are kept up to date with progress. It is now two months since my last review (above) and a prospective purchaser has made an offer which we have accepted. Mohammed handled all negotiations and has kept us informed of progress throughout. We have opted to use the Taylors in - house conveyance team and they, too, have maintained contact - primarily via their on-line portal, which is informative and easy to use. We are very happy with the service to date and hope completion will be in the near future.

Recently I needed to let my property in Oxford so I arranged a couple of valuations from the local lettings agents. I had three people out including Natalie from Taylors she was by far the best person. She took time to explain the process to me as I'd never let a house before. I was buying a new build shared ownership and Taylor’s made it really easy to view the properties, complete the required paperwork and liase with the developers. Mohammed even helped me measure up inside the property - a really lovely and helpful guy. Only reason I’ve not given them 5 stars is due to some punctuality issues, which in their defence they communicated to me and were apologetic for, and their appointment booking system had some errors, but again they rectified things immediately. Very friendly office and I would recommend to others looking to buy in the area.

I found taylors estate agents in oxford to be absolutely brilliant and a pleasure to deal with. Right from the offset I found Luke and his team to be extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. They were able to get my house on to the market very quickly and within just a couple of days I had floods of people viewing my home and before I knew it I had not one, but, two offers on the table. The guys at the office did what they do best and worked with my buyers and got them up to a price I was really really happy with, all I had to do was choose which one I wanted to go with. I highly reccommend anybody who is thinking about selling their home to sell through taylors, they were fantastic throughout the whole process. Luke recommended I used their in house solicitors and im glad I did, I was sold and moved within 10 weeks and they were able to help me through everything and if I had any questions all I had to do was ask Luke and he was able to explain everything to me.
