Well where do I start.. Not knowing what to expect, I decided to put my property up for sale to release some funds, I was put in contact with Lisa and her team at 'Bee Residential' as I've never sold a property before I really didn't know how's things went on.. Lisa came out and pointed me in the right direction, pointing out a couple of things for me to address to get the best price ...they organized an open house sale on the Friday and Saturday and by Monday had accepted a firm offer on my behalf which I was very happy with. Lisa also organized and appointed a solicitor (victoria) to act on my behalf.. 12 weeks later it's all done..money's in the bank.. Can't believe it was that easy.. If you are selling your property talk to Lisa and her team at Bee Residential.. Thank you for all your help guys..

What a pleasure doing business with the staff at Bee Residential. After I had 3 other companies value my home I received a leaflet through my door and thought maybe it's a sign. I called up and invited them to my home. Karl popped over to value my home, he was very friendly, really informative and very professional. I decided straight after that I would use Bee Residential and Karl came back to take pictures. Soon enough the listing went live on all the major sites and we had a huge amount of interest. Alisa came over to show potential buyers my home and on the first day we had 7 viewers booked in, 5 of who made an offer which 4 of them were full asking price. We proceeded with one of the buyers, Alisa was on top of everything. Towards exchange I was stressed (as most people are) and I popped in to the office, Lisa told me not to worry, we had a good chat and was on top of all the comms between everyone. Really helped put me at ease. Big thank you to everyone at Bee Residential! P. S. The other 3 estate agents were very pushy trying to get me on the books, they should take note from Bee Residential.

Lisa and her team were absolutely wonderful and made me as relaxed as possible when selling my house. My house went on the market on the Thursday evening and it was sold the following Tuesday. When arranging viewings, they always took time out to check that I was not inconvenienced and followed up with regular communications whether it was email or text. Also, after each viewing, feedback was provided and as a team, they were brilliant. Always happy to help whether it was checking paperwork, witnessing documents or even dropping them off with the solicitors nothing was too much trouble. We first met Mandy in what became our new house, she had agreed to meet us in the evening as I needed to travel back from London, this was the first sign that we were dealing with an Estate Agent that went above and beyond.
