The team at Edward Stuart Estate Agents are quite clearly very customer focused. And you can tell that they are very experienced. I recently had our house valued by Rob and what I liked was his very honest approach. He valued our house according to the market NOT just the figure we thought it was worth. Too many times Estate Agents just go with the price you say because they want the house on their books, not the case here. Rob was very honest and priced it at a realistic price that is achievable for us. One ethos I live by in everyday situations is not to over promise and then under deliver.
