Fitzjohns handled the sale of our home in Longthorpe recently and we couldn't recommend them highly enough. Paul Barlow in particular was excellent. Always responsive, proactive, and really helpful. Kept us calm when we were pushing for completion and worrying and whingeing about progress! We transferred to Fitzjohns after a few months with a different agency who didn't get us any results. As a landlord it’s great for me because I want my tenants to feel looked after and rent for longer. I also want to know that my interests are being taken care of too. Hollie has been brilliant recently in sorting a boiler failure whilst I was up to my eyes with other stuff. She listened to my requests, handled it all, and I was left with happy tenants and a clear understanding of what was taking place.
