From my initial phone call with Sara in the office I felt comfortable and under no pressure, which is refreshing. She was friendly and well informed and efficiently arranged the valuation of my property. On meeting Craig, we felt at ease, he is well versed on the current market and provided a lot of professional knowledge and advice to help us come to a conclusion on what is best for us. He was not at all pushy (unlike the more corporate estate agents) which made me feel at ease and proved that customer service really is at the top of Mandairs priority list.
