Attended the 3 day No Money Down masterclass by Kevin McDonnell. Excellent course for complete beginners or experienced property investors to learn. The course was extremely well delivered by Kevin and the team with great experience, content, energy and humour and the hospitality and networking over the 3 days and 2 evening dinners was great. Very professional set up and one of the best courses I’ve attended in 30 years of business and events. Highly recommend.

The three day course with Kevin, Caroline, Dan & team was fantastic. I can honestly say I left there significantly more educated, confident and ready for action in relation to SA property investment & management. Some of the stuff you learn you just won't find on Google, YouTube or the likes - fact! One of the big positives for me from this course and the original MSOPI course was the ability to get to know Kevin and his team and build that rapport & trust. It also helped to address the "it's easy for him" excuse that will hold many of us back. It was a bit of a rollercoaster… the techniques explained on how to get your avarage rent to rent property / a typical buy to let property were eye opening and at the end of it I realised the possibilities are endless! I’ve spent the weekend at Kevin McDonnell’s No Money Down Masterclass with his fantastic team, Emerald, Yvette, Paul, to name a few. If you want to get into property but have little to know clue how this is where you need to be! I’m am the average person, a wife, with children, a barber by trade, only just buying my own first residential property and the things I have learnt on this one weekend are absolutely mind blowing and best part.. ME.. the average person can go out and implement the strategies I have learnt. I have complete faith in all my learnings and by taking the action tomorrow, and the day after tomorrow and the day after that and the week after that and so on, I WILL achieve the amazing results, returns and fulfilment that property can bring! Best part… Even if you have experience in property, you WILL learn invaluable things on this course! If you think education is expensive you should try inexperience. Just one comment at the recent MSOPI was such a massive mike drop moment for me. What Toni Gargan said about porting a mortgage could have made me retire early if I'd only known ten years ago. Progressive are not the cheapest academy out there. Worth every penny ten times over. If you're planning to ditch the 9-5, go on the next MSOPI event you will not be sorry you did.

Are you tended the multiple streams of income and I found the content reliable useful how to set up a Canara company business and how to attack avoid paying tax and too much living For the cost of living has gone up backing also safer save people have not tried to give it a go then fair enough but my review is they are giving you basically free good content and they are basically helping you trichy some your goals are people I have met at this event that have done this as well and that shows that people that haven't given a try and have put themselves out there will never know the circumstances yes there are people on YouTube give basically fake content and everything cowls and don't ask you for what you can but they do not give you the level support what the you need to basically get worked is needed to get done my experience knowing this they were very helpful considerate If I come up Sean achieve my goals at least I know him for at least tried it they were very helpful supportive no matter what your circumstances I met all the team yeah you are gonna realise they are trying to sell something to better educate you in the better world to finance not everyone's good achieve their goals for firms I got a free price inner freedom and it was actually good content I'm every single one of those ash produces at the Academy yes I need you will try to sell something we got a real life you've got to take action in life to achieve a goal never know what is coming achieved if people are gonna start Downing all these companies have people that have had success stories how do you know that they've not had their success tourism circumstantial reasons I can say for say they were very helpful letter what a new people that want to get into property which I am glad to be a part of itPain for cost of an actual decent course or you get all the content on northern level supporting up shows that there to be supportive I have an account manager and I have a producer that helps me through my circumstances I have learned difficulties in the problem Mr. They've become give me a little support they work pushing me into basic buying something she people that basically getting the wrong end of the stick of realising that there is a possible content of selling but the gonna push you into set buying know the I spend my circumstances they said you work hard you basically saving pay for the classes if you do not see you get 100 guarantee Micah contract saying thatAnd I am attending other events sorry this content is a lot longer than expected but this is my personal opinion they are really good and really useful there other individuals out there that do not consider the value so have learned difficulties a bad circumstantial reasoning because it's a downside

I have just done two days with Progressive Property on the theme of Mindset and Money. It was very informative and entertaining. I like that they put as much emphasis on mental health, ethics and enjoying life as they do on earning money though they do seem to be be very good at that and when all’s said and done it’s a fact that people find it easier to be healthy and help others and get help with coping with life when there’s money coming in. I would not hesitate in recommending anyone to at least check this company out. Yes they will offer you more opportunities to work with them for a fee but they will also give you lots of good stuff whether you continue onto their paid courses with them or not. What to say about Progressive Property; they sell courses, they help people, they have an amazing team, they push you to be and do your very best, they dont do it for you but they hold you hand and offer help and support. I was warned in advance that there would be lots of pressure sales, but in fact the selling was perfectly ethical and reasonable, just really good offers to those in the room.
