I used Sharman Quinney (Market deeping) after having a valuation with Matthew, he wasn't pushy and took time to answer all of my questions despite not knowing if I was going to definitely sell. On moving forward with sale Matthew and Beth dealt with my constant stream of emails and questions, they spoke to the buyers, their solicitors, my solicitors and more to keep everything on track. I'd heard negatives about using estate agents but in my experience these guys were well worth it. Thanks again for all of your help, definitely made my sale less stressful.

Fantastic service from Matt & the team. Right from the valuation through to completion he was always available to help push things through. Very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a long process from the initial agreement to go with Sharman Quinney through to finally moving due to issues outside of our & his control (loss of our first buyer, survey issues on the new house etc) but he was always willing to go the extra mile to get everything finalised & we are so happy in our new home. Due to the property being let out we didn't want our tenant being unduly disturbed.
