The sales team (Chris and Beth) were friendly, professional and very effective. A full price offer was received on our house within 3 days of it going online. They talked us through the process very clearly when we started and arranged a large number of viewings very quickly. The only blip was that the photos of the house weren't visible on Taylors website (they were on Rightmove etc though)

Very Professional service from Taylor’s . No negative issues at all . Would suggest that Countrywide Solicitors improve on the updates process to make sure customers are kept up to date with progress during the legal process . I am happy now that they were doing what they could to speed up the process but at the time felt a little frustrated due to lack of communication on hold ups . I know we are all busy but more communication would have been appreciated and I am sure it would help the customer focus category greatly .

I had a great experience with Taylor’s from the beginning especially with Keegan Phillips . As a young buyer , I was worried about putting offers in and getting it accepted but Keegan promised that he would help me get the property I wanted and I got it . So much to say about Taylors, firstly if youre working with Tyson he is a total gentleman and will work hard to get both the buyer and seller the best outcome. It took me two attempts to get an exchange on my first time purchase and if it wasn't for all the hard work in matching me to my ideal property for the second offer and getting the paperwork through I don't think I'd be half as happy as I am now. Would recommend and would definitely sell with in the future. All the staff are honest and hard working what more do you need!

This was my first experience in selling a house and it was every bit as stressful as I had been told. I had numerous experiences with Peterborough estate agents which I won’t name but I had tom deal with the lot…. from over valuing your property so they can get your listing to the usual tell you everything you want to hear until they get your business and then don’t even have the common courtesy to answer your phone calls or call you back. I had actually taken my property off the market because I was fed up with the all bull being fed to me however after speaking to Mainul I decided to give his agency one last chance and the benefit of doubt. Mainul and his team were professional and courteous til the end, no matter how many times I called them and stressed them out. They went over and beyond to ensure that I got proper honest advise regardless of the outcome and even the possibility of loosing me as a client. Luis and Keegan were were brilliant every step of the way, from dealing with viewings right down to the assistance of paperwork and documents when we were at the conveyancing stage. It’s no exaggeration that they actually worked miracles and Im still baffled as to how we completed in such h a short time. I cannot thank Mainul, Luis and Keegan enough and they are credit to Taylors, as I mentioned before I had all but given up on the other so called “Major Players” in Peterborough. I cannot recommend them enough to friends and family who are looking to sell or buy as everyone else doesn’t come even close by way of service, expertise and truly keeping your interests at heart. If I could give 6 stars I would and believe me I have had experience with the other lesser estate agents to measure against. If you are looking to sell your house then these chaps are the ONLY ones to go and speak to. They are a credit to Taylors and I hope they can see the value that these individuals bring to their company. Taylors Estate Agents demonstrated an exceptionally high level of Service and Professionalism from our first meeting with Luke. Every member of team Rob, Lewis and Kieron was consistent in their approach which shows how committed they are to exceeding customer expectations. Nothing was too much trouble. We also used Countywide Conveyancing which is, in our opinion the best Solicitors we have ever used for selling. We didn't need to chase them once. Taylors and Countrywide liaised with each other and us continually keeping us updated every step of the way.
