Finding the right house for a home was not easy. Unlike other property agents, we were not only shown around the house, but explained about the future potential of the property. We had a very good experience with the staffs during the whole process of buying the property and each and every query were sufficed extremely well. Special thanks to Adrian for responding with the queries quickly and following up till the completion.

We had some small hiccups along the way on our part, but woodcock Holmes and all of there staff were wonderful and very willing to help throughout the process of my first rented property. No matter how many times I rang for updates, Ria Dronkers and Matthew Driscoll were patient and always willing to help. And when we completed the tenancy agreement we received a moving in gift which was very thoughtful. Thank you so very much, we are extremely grateful and Happy with our new home.

I started using Woodcock Holmes over 6 years ago and during this time gradually transferred all my properties over to them from various agencies. Annette Smith-Hooke deals with informing me of all maintenance issues very efficiently. She lets me know well in advance when the gas safe certificates are due allowing me plenty of time to sort out an appointment with our gas engineer. Matt, Tasha and Sophie are all very knowledgeable in their field.. I have also sold property with them which would not have gone through had it not been for Lesley's patience and good communication skills with all parties involved.
