I have to thank the whole team at Bradley's for their support through my house sale. It turned into an 11 month nightmare, the first sale fell through after 6 months, but that's when Chloe came to my rescue! Chloe is the most professional, hard working person who supported me by constantly chasing both solicitors, the buyers, and the solar panel company. She kept me in the loop at all times with emails & phonecalls. I cannot praise her enough, she went above & beyond for me. I would highly recommend Bradley's to anyone wishing to buy or sell.

First home buying is stressful and confusing but the guys here really helped. There was a lot of issues that held up exchange but much of this was out of the agents control, however they endeavoured to get what needed to be done. Greg and Chloe are really responsive it’s clear that they work for the buyer not just the vendor. Would absolutely use again!

I mainly dealt with Chloe who would call me to arrange viewings. She was never pushy - always asking if the day/time was convenient for me. Mostly she gave feedback straight after the viewing - if she had to rush off she’d always contact me soon after to give feedback. Unlike many estate agents I’ve used in the past, Chloe never set up viewings with people who weren’t able to proceed with a purchase if they liked the property. This was important to me - not just because of Covid, but also because of time issues. Once I had a buyer, Chloe kept in contact - letting me know how things were progressing and always checking if I had any questions or concerns. There was a lack of communication towards the end of the sale (conveyancers) where it was challenging to get an agreed completion date. Chloe went above and beyond to contact everyone in order to come up with an agreed date. The person I was purchasing from also noticed this and commented ‘we wouldn’t be exchanging now if it wasn’t for Chloe!’ I cannot recommend her enough. My daughter thought she was fantastic and probably saved the sale.
