I was attached to Leanne during my house searching process, and she was very helpful with all the queries that I had. It was definitely more complicated in terms of paperwork and signing of the contract just because I was an international student , but nevertheless these issues were solved easily and I managed to secure a room before the start of my university course. When we were facing issues with the property, Leanne was also very helpful in getting these issues solved as quickly as possible. Overall, no complains at all.

We were really attended to by Leanne of CB Estates during the house finding process and she was very quick and prompt to all our queries and concerns. She dealt with our international student issues patiently and professionally. Only issue so far was the turnaround time between any requests during the rental period. Understandably it may take a while for requests due to any bureaucracy between landlord and agent, so one small suggestion would just be acknowledgment of receipts. Nevertheless, there is definitely effort on her part to resolve any issues we have had.
