Moved in recently and had a lovely experience so far. To start with, the property was pet friendly with no extra charge. My agent Paul was and continues to be friendly and helpful and very responsive. Flat was very clean when I moved in and the maintenance team have been prompt fixing the few minor issues I have discovered since. I am very pleased overall.

I can really recommend CityLets in Plymouth. I have been living in a house serviced by CityLets for over a year now and there are no problems. You can always call if something needs to be repaired and within 24 hours someone comes and solves the problem. The houses are in good condition and they take care to keep it that way. Once a month a cleaning company even comes, what do you want more?

We had James Deacon as our agent and Lisa as the owner of the house. James has been so helpful. We told him the kind of house we wanted and he recommended a few houses for us. He made videos for us as we couldn’t come for a viewing. He helped us to arrange with the owner so we could moved in early. If anothe group did not sign the contract earlier, we would surely stay in this property. The owner is very kind. Whenever we report an issue, she will immediately come to fix it. Now that we’re moving out, James helped us to arrange with the owner so we could stay two weeks longer as the house we’re moving to is not yet ready

Just moved from one of their 6 bed houses to a 3 bed flat and they helped me move without charging me extra. Tom was the one that moved me, he happy and had a laugh about it to make me feel more comfortable at the experience, even in the hot weather.
