Can not recommend falcon enough !! They have been amazing! We put our house up for sale ( just before the pandemic ) with falcon and it’s the best decision we made! Claudia and Jennifer talked us through the whole process, and I never felt like I couldn’t ask a question. This was the first time we had ever sold a house so we had lots of questions on how to go about it. They had amazing advice on all aspects of selling and buying. My wife and I originally started looking for properties in Plymouth during summer last year. We’re from Essex originally but were seriously considering to relocate our family here. We had viewings booked with other agents in a particular area and my husband suggested searching outside our preferred post code to see what else was available for our budget. Claudia from Falcon is, without a doubt, the nicest and best estate agent we have dealt with. She has been absolutely incredible throughout the whole process and sold us a house that didn’t even attract us on first appearances (never judge a book by its cover!). We fell in love as soon as we walked through the door and that was that. We put our house in Essex on the market and it sold extremely quickly. However, we were faced with so many complications and eventually made the dramatic decision of switching buyers. My husband kept Claudia updated the whole time and she went above and beyond every single day and making phone calls that our own agent should have made. When our sale did eventually complete (six months after originally selling our house!), we had to send her a bouquet of flowers as a thank you. She is incredible at her job and we couldn’t have gotten through this painfully stressful process without her. Thank you ever so much, Claudia!! You’re amazing and never forget how good you are!

Our biggest issue with buying a house in Plymouth is the sheer volume of estate agents that are involved, for 10 house viewings we had to register with 6 different agents. But when dealing with these agents it became very clear, very quickly that Falcon are head and shoulders above all the others. Professional, lovely, knowledgeable and very client focussed. I recently sold my flat through Falcon. Falcon were very professional from the initial market appraisal and advertising with David to the other team members managing the sale. It was a very long winded sale due to various obstacles which, while not Falcons fault, the team were very good at communicating and pro-actively chasing to progress the sale. In particular Claudia and, when she was out, Mel helped reduce the stress and pull things together. Being a remote seller they went above and beyond to provide local support when asked for. Thank you all very much and I have no hesitation in recommending Falcon; looking back it feels like we shared a rather stressful journey but the support from Falcon staff was much appreciated.

Falcon (and Claudia in particular) have gone above and beyond for me and my partner from start to finish of our moving process. We put our property on the market just before lockdown and had a tricky buyer who then pulled out at the last hurdle, they worked tirelessly to keep the ball rolling for us, booking tradesmen to provide quotes for works, chasing solicitors, chasing the tradesmen for their quotes, and then managed to sell our property within 48 hours after it unfortunately having to go back on the market. Nothing has been too much trouble at any point, everyone in the office has been so easy to get hold of throughout and even after the sale of our house they’ve still done bits and bobs for us.
