I had a very good experience with Fox and Sons for my property search in Plymouth. They had well maintained properties and were really prompt in responding to my mails. Many other letting agencies took days to respond. Natasha Lyod was proactive in her role and was very responsive. She arranged for the virtual viewing of properties and was able to quickly find an alternate property when the property that I had finalized had some issues. Most of the documentation work was paperless and I would recommend Fox and Sons to anyone.Natasha was always ready even to come to our property when we had some minor issues.

Simply the best when it comes to service and professionalism! My Fiancé and myself had been searching the market for rental properties for some time, we had moved from Switzerland to a mid COVID lockdown and to say we were stressed was an understatement. We seemed to be having no luck in our search, every property we liked was gone in a flash and we felt like no estate agent would help us - it was awful. Then we met Natasha Lloyd from Fox and Sons, this was a good day! We had called last minute to express interest in a flat and Spoke to Laura Bradley (dont let her accent fool you shes propper Northern) she processed us there and then and within 20 minutes we met Natasha for a viewing (no lie this is how these girls do business). We emailed an application form that afternoon and Natasha did the rest and of course we were successful in our application, I’m sitting writing this in my beautiful flat in the best mood I’ve had all year.
