Abbi was fantastic; such a friendly and professional person! She was very responsive and willing to go above and beyond to provide great service. I was in communication with both Erin and Abbi Noble that made the process of finding a place really easy and both understood my current situation and trusted me and gave me leeway in my application while still being really really nice throughout the application. Before I made it to the room Abbi Noble noticed something not right in the room and before I got to it she had called and arranged decorators to come around and sort out the problem… I then noticed something else wrong and she right away added this to the remit of the decorator. As well with my excitement with taking on the place I was given the same joy in return to the success of the application and it felt really heart warming and humanising. I myself also coming from a lot of bad thing as well as a bad previous tenancy and both had understood me with my sudden worries through the application and they honestly went about and beyond in their approach. Highly recommend Francis Stuart as a company to rent from and both Erin and Abbi Noble are definitely great representatives of the company, could possibly be why my experience was so good. Abbie Noble has them continued after moving in to be kind and check in on me at the house and seems to want to unsure everything is well and that the rental is right for me, something no other company I have rented from has cared about before.

The referencing and garuntor process is really streamlined and can be done completely from your phone. Erin the lady who showed me around made me feel very comfortable, explained everything clearly and is really quick to respond to queries and requests via email. Where would I start with this team!!! I work with James and Paige based in the stoke office and since I have, I have never looked back. James is constantly keeping my rooms full, whenever they become available... to date I've never had an empty room for even a week in my HMO's and Paige is always patient enough with my many requests.
