I cannot speak highly enough of the service I have received whilst selling my flat through Hindhead. I have never come across an estate agency where the staff are so proactive in following up and chasing throughout the conveyance process. I’ve just bought a house via Hindhead Property and I have nothing but praise for these guys. They were all friendly and accommodated our various requests, liaised quickly with the vendor and arranged extra viewings to the property with no problems. Even though I rarely meet the team in person, they are always in good spirits and provide a personal, friendly touch. We first met the Hindhead team when looking for a house to buy in Peverell area. We stayed with them, using their local knowledge to find all the different tradespeople, which went well, and it was obvious that we should use Hindhead to find the right tenant and then manage the property for us. Since then, we continue to have the respect and confidence in Phillipa the Lettings Manager in particular. She runs a tight ship, all her team work hard and with long hours, always with great politeness and good humour. There’s a lot can go wrong with Rentals, particularly with the older properties, and we’ve had our fair share of smoky ovens, leaky showers and such but these are always handled by Phillipa just about immediately and we are always kept informed on what’s going on. Stress free. Highly recommended.

When I chose to use Hindhead to sell my mother's house it was simply because they happened to be situated conveniently a twenty minute walk from where we were staying. I viewed many properties to buy with Hindhead each and every time Ti Bolt and the team were friendly, approachable, honest, highly knowledgeable on every property and turned up on time. Seeing this professional approach first hand prompt me to sell one of my properties with them. The pictures and description Jess did were top drawer, really showing the true assets of the property. My property had keen interest within hours of going live inturn sold within Two-Three weeks. Having to move out during lockdown is as stressful as it comes, luckily Hindhead made it a lot easier by being on the ball with everything. Maria arranged a video tour in place of a physical visit which was easily done and within a couple of weeks I had a move in date. Any issues I have had have been sorted quickly.
