Very thankful to have had Sarah and her team sell our house. Sarah supported us from the beginning all the way to the end and wasn’t just interested in the sale of our house, but with helping us find our next home too. Always on the end of the phone, always prompt to reply to emails and always offering a reassuring presence to let us know things were going in the right direction. Very reasonable rates too. Would definitely use again.

Wonderful service, fantastic professionalism! I cannot speak more highly of the team at Mayer. Mayer recently sold our property for us and from valuation and sale through to exchange and completion they have been fantastic. We have worked with every member of the team, Sarah has overseen the entire process, negotiating offers and managing the sale and supporting the team, Kelly came and valued our house and marketed it with beautiful photographs and descriptions. Lorna did an amazing job at taking people around our house which flew off the market and Debbie our sales coordinator has been wonderful at communicating with us and all parties and keeping the momentum of sale going especially through a pandemic and a tricky bottom of chain. They are an estate agent with integrity who I have no doubt in recommending!!

I couldn't recommend Sarah and her team more. They are very reasonably priced in comparison to the other estate agents in Plymouth. We sold our house with Mayer in July 2020. Everything went smoothly from the very start (apart from lockdown in between). However Sarah was always on top of everything. If I ever decide to sell our current house I would definitely do it with Mayer again.

We sold with Mayers in October completing in early January. Sarah was straight talking with her approach and i appreciated she wasn't out to make me promises just in order to take on our property. Selling was the easy bit the rest of the process started plain sailing but became stressful at times (through no doing of Mayers). Sarah and Kelly were happy to help as much as they could to get things back on track so it proceeded as smoothly as possible. Mayers work incredibly hard, it can become incredibly emotive but you know they care, i could not be happier with them as our chosen agents.

We searched around for an agent to sell our house and found Sarah to be the most professional so we went with her. What a great decision that was. She valued our house a little higher than other larger, more "well established" agents but was right on the money after having 2 offers on the first day of viewings for the full asking price! After this Sarah was the driving force behind our move, ensuring the chain progressed and that everyone else was doing their bit. She kept the other estate agents and the solicitors on the ball and ensured we completed with the minimum of stress and fuss. Don't be put off by the fact Mayer isn't the most recognisable brand in Plymouth (yet), get Sarah to come round and value your property and you'll be pleasantly surprised, just as we were. Five star from start to finish.
