Amy and the team have been fantastic from start to finish in managing and selling my property. Timely communications, professional and personable manner and felt like everything was in safe hands which was especially reassuring during the Covid pandemic. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the Plymouth area

When looking to rent I needed to get through the tenancy application process quickly due to time constraints. Amy got me through the process very quickly and efficiently. They also kept consistent and clear communication through the entire application, which helped greatly as I was very uncertain on what I was doing majority of the time. Overall very friendly and helpful.

Great service and friendly staff. Had no problems so far and issues have been resolved fairly quickly. Moving can be a often be a hassle, with changing information and swapping details over, however while we were searching and sorting the place we are in now, they even jumped on the phone to argue and help sort getting the details needed to set it all up, making our life a lot easier. Will update at the end of the tenancy following moving out, if or when the time comes, deposit etc. But all in all, good so far!!
