I am reviewing Plymouth Block Management today as I feel after two years of service a simple review of my experiences is fitting. I am a leaseholder in Plymouth, and Plymouth Block Management have made my experience of living in a leasehold property extremely pleasant. The communication between themselves and the other leaseholders is of a high standard, which allows us to fully understand the on-goings throughout our property. The service from the on-site Building Manager is outstanding, the support, knowledge and professionalism provided by Gordon is amazing. I wanted to post a comment regarding the team. I purchased an apartment which Plymouth Block manage and it was the first experience I have had personally with a leasehold property. My involvement increased as I recently wanted to sell and I had to rely on them to pass information quickly to my solicitor. All I can say is that they were brilliant. Dear All 9th June 2022 I want to thank all of you form the bottom of my heart for your support over the last few months with enabling me to complete the huge number of Service Charge Accounts that needed completing, January to now and again from September onwards is my busiest periods and without your help and being able to discuss with you the blocks you manage would have made my work so much harder. I want to especially give a huge thanks to Tom and Maria, for not only providing all the information I needed but also being able to call them and be able to talk though various issues and getting more information as I required it. I also want to give a shout out to Nicky for meeting the challange of dealing with the arrears, the improvment is clear to see, so well done. Also a big thanks to your site staff carrying out inspections and other duties, which is so vital to any successful Block Managment Company (Gordon, Tyran & Igor) On a separate note as you are aware back in March I began annual reviews, but due to the sheer weight of work that I had I was unable to complete these, that will now start again week after next, (21st June) and I will email those that have not yet had their annual reviewed to arrange there reviews I apologise for anyone whom I've missed from the mailing list - there's simply to many of you for my old brain to remeber so please passed on this email to anyone that is not received this email.
