Excellent lettings agency. Amy has been a fantastic agent the whole way through the process, really helpful and knowledgeable. She has checked in a few times since I moved in to see how I'm getting on at the property which shows high level professionalism and amazing customer service. Really happy with the whole experience. Although we have had a few problems with the student properties we have rented with them, they have always been very prompt with replies and proactive when it comes to getting things sorted when they have been able to. Amy, in particular, has been amazing! So attentive and lovely to us throughout our tenancies and seems to genuinely care about getting any issues we are having sorted as quickly as possible. Even though we have had a lot of issues with our properties, this tends to be mostly down to the landlord and the letting agents seem to always be doing as much as they can for us which is why we have stayed with them for 3 different tenancies now.

Despite having a few issues with the property, the agents at purple lettings have all been very helpful. Amy has come round or emailed multiple times, checked in on us to make sure all has gone smoothly and ensured we're happy. Everything has been delt with very quickly bar one issue that was out of their hands. Compared to previous letting agents, I feel that they are the most professional and I have a much better communication with the team.

Sergio Dimitri Charlie Jake and the team at Purple are professional pragmatic offer great advise on Student property in what is a very tough market and are the best choice in Plymouth. I Have used some of the other student letting agents in the past but Purple do the most for the money offer the best advise and are head and shoulders above the rest in my opinion. As a landlord, you want someone who will take the stress out of having property to let. Sergio and his team at Plymouth Lettings do exactly this, and for a really sensible price! They manage absolutely everything you want them (and more besides!), and contact you exactly as much as you’d like them to! They keep you in touch, and let you make the decisions you want to, but then put everything in place! I really can’t fault the way that they’ve looked after us, our properties and our tenants – who have also been brilliant! I really can’t recommend Plymouth Lettings enough! They’re fantastic!! UPDATE: It’s a few years since I wrote this review, and the only thing that’s changed is the name! Purple Letting are still utterly brilliant! Really, do yourself a favour and sign up with them, right now! You won’t regret it!

Purple Letting are the first letting agency that I have stayed with, in Plymouth, that actually care about the quality of service they provide and retaining tenants. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. They'll fix any problem as soon as possible and will explain any queries you may have, clearly and in full. Could not be happier with purple letting, our boiler broke down in our flat so we reported to the agency, a plumber attended the next morning and said the boiler needed to be replaced. Our property manager then brought us electric heaters and by the following day the plumbers returned to install a new boiler
