We would recommend using Staggs. Have recently completed a purchase through them and we were impressed by their professionalism and support during this time. It took a while longer than anticipated but we were kept fully up to date with everything that was going on. Thank you especially to Natalia and Lynne. As a negotiator Natalia is excellent at her job and she went above and beyond.

Stags did not cancel our appointment when the house we wanted to view had already accepted an offer and we were not informed. Drove 50 mins each way to see the house with my 93 year old father and we were turned away by the occupants. To be fair one of the senior partners did contact me and apologise. - Honestly I do think they should monitor their staff a little better.

The Ladies and Gents at Stags Plymouth have been absolutely fabulous during the sale of our smallholding and cottage complex. It is a stressful experience moving home and even worse when selling a business to boot. Not only did Stags ace the major job of getting what I consider to be the best price possible for the property but they also got the little things right like returning calls, organising viewings and photographers and keeping on top of the conveyancing process.
