We used Michael Bailey Estate Agents following local recommendation. All recommendations said you won't beat Michael Bailey Estate Agents. Following getting a couple of quotes we did find Michael Bailey Estate Agents was ever so slightly more expensive than others however the sale price Michael Bailey Estate Agents expected to the property achieve was over £5000 more than others, following discussion with Michael, we agreed we could only continue with selling the quoted fees if they achieved the expected sale price. Michael Bailey Estate Agents worked the property and interest was quickly gained by many buyers, the property being a property that needed a complete revamp, it was a little more difficult to sell than other properties, with one sale falling through before another was quickly gained. All in they succeeded in selling the property and even with the slightly increased estate agent fees, we were a quite a few thousand pounds better off than we would have been if we had used any of the other estate agent, by a few we mean over £5000 better off in our pocket. We would recommend Michael Bailey Estate Agents without hesitation. The term your get what you pay for is most certainly relevant for Michael Bailey Estate Agents, they have lived up to the recommendation of being the best in the field.

Even though we only bought through Michael Bailey Estate Agent and didn't sell we still feel inclined to leave a review. From the moment we viewed our new place and fell in love to getting the keys this team have been nothing but outstanding! Gillian was so helpful showing us around and explained the process as we'd not moved in 25 years. The moment our offer had been accepted a WhatsApp group was set up and we were kept informed especially by Dayna who helped get the purchase through as quickly as possible for us. Don't underestimate this group chat they set up as it's such an emotional/stressful time and it's reassuring to be kept informed. We took their advice and found this helped make the purchase go through more smoothly as they have good working relations. Our only regret in the process was not selling our home through Michael Bailey and his team, we feel it would've eased a lot more stress had we gone with them and we wouldn't have lost as much money in our sale. If we did ever move again we wouldn't hesitate in using Michael Bailey Estate Agents, they really are the best out there and know the local areas inside and out. Michael was one of three estate agents to come round and value my house and he not only pleasantly surprised me on how much he felt my house was worth, he impressed me with the way his company operates in that they don't overload themselves with clients which allowed them to give me a more dedicated and personal service. My sister had also sold a house through Michael Bailey earlier in the year and she recommended them to me. There were some difficult personal circumstances around the sale of her house but Michael and his team handled it all and made things as easy as possible for her and her sale went through without a hitch. With regards to the sale of my own house, the viewings and offers were all wrapped up inside of a week and I accepted an offer of £10,000 over the asking price, which I was not expecting and had little hesitation in accepting. This extra money will be invaluable going forward to my next property. I also got all the help I needed with the back and forth between the buyer and myself, plus good recommendations for solicitors and tradesmen which I used, and I was very happy with the service and price for the work they provided and carried out. Overall, as house sales go, this was as smooth as it could possibly be and I have no reservations about recommending Michael and his team to sell your house.

Years ago I bought a house through a local competitor agent, Michael worked there and left me with a massive positive impression. He was kind, friendly knowledgeable and supportive during what for all of us buying/selling know it’s stressful. Over the summer I decided to sell up and look for a new chapter, I knew 100% I would be going back to use Michael. By now Michael was working for himself, he came round to value my home. He knew just how much I loved my home, that moving was sad and exciting in equal measures. He talked me through the process, explained the current market and how his TEAM would help. Amazing Service This was a very stressful time working with other estate agents initially. We found a house with another estate agent, following a survey this highlighted multiple expensive issues. We could not get a response from the estate agent and there was issues over building regs also.
