Having worked in a letting agent myself, I can honestly say that I couldn't be happier with PR Lettings. Leanne, Kyle and Jade are a great team, they are friendly, easy to work with (I have had some letting agents that I have hated working with) and they actually know their stuff about lettings. They do inspections with the frequency that was promised at the time of joining, they inform me of expiring certificates before they expire... in summary, they actually know what is going on with my property and ensure that I am kept up to date too. I would highly recommend them.

Very fast team. Almost every time responds to emails in 10 minutes. Very friendly and helpful. If there is any issue with a property fixes it straight away. I would recommend the company to anyone who is looking for highly reliable and effcient agency. The person called Kyle who showed me the property was very affable and easy to talk to. Did not put me in any pressure and told me I can think about renting the property, which gave me the impression of genuiness and I knew I can trust this agency right away.

First class. Hand on heart I can say this is by far the best property management service as a tenant that I’ve every had the pleasure to work with. All issues after being reported had a response within that working day and an action plan going forward to fix the problem. The staff are extremely accommodating and with me being a single parent dad this was a god sent. Extremely professional outfit who I’d recommend to anyone straight away.
