We have recently purchased a property listed by Ballards, having also been tenants in a rental property with them for many years. Tim and Anna were both very helpful with the property purchase, making it a very easy smooth process. Moving out of the rental property was stress free and they efficiently dealt with returning our deposit. I will have no hesitation recommending them to family and friends.

We rented in Twyford for 5 years through Ballards. We had some unique circumstances for our move-in and move-out and they were more than patient and understanding. Repairs were almost always made in a timely manner. Admin, paperwork, etc. always processed thoroughly and professionally.
