My wife and I bought our first house through hunters and the whole experience was fantastic. Lochlann was our main point of contact and he was outstanding from the moment we viewed the property right up to completion. He made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. We had some challenges with the seller's solicitor but Lochlann was all over it and chased regularly until all was resolved. He was approachable, responsive and very professional everytime we spoke and we'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a property or rent. Having dealt with quite a few agents during our hunt for a home, in a location where there are 29 buyers for every seller, we were beginning to feel like numbers to the agents. We often felt like we were being played off against other buyers, and that the agents were very much on the seller's sides. And then we discovered Hunters. Lochlann, our wonderful agent, made us feel like we finally had someone in our corner - he was extremely fair, and honest, and helped us to find just the perfect home. No sale is ever easy and there were some stressful moments - but Lochlann handled us with grace, and aplomb, taking everything in his stride and making sure we were happy at every stage. I never felt like we were alone - it felt like Hunters were with us, every step of the way. We also used their recommended conveyancers who also did a fantastic job, representing Hunters brand well as they looked out for us. I have been using previously known as (Westgate) for the last 7 years for renting out all my properties. I have mainly used them for let only however whenever I need any information or guidance, they have gone out of their way to help. Mr Shukla the director of the company one could not find a nicer guy he goes that extra mile to help which has also filtered down to his staff who have also taken on that professional friendly approach which makes one feel very comfortable. It is very unlikely that I will use anyone else because I know I wouldn’t get the same sort of understanding and services.
