We had saved some monies to invest in property. We were referred to Kay Bentley by a colleague who had worked with Kay Bentley in the past. Kay Bentley sourced and purchased a property on our behalf. The company handled the entire renovation process as well. We then put the property back on the market. We sold the property this month and achieved a reasonable profit margin which we are very happy with. We will take a break and approach Kay Bentley in a few months again when we are ready.
