Neville Turner are a highly professional team. During my very long drawn out sale (nothing to do with them) they were always updating me, keeping me positive and keeping me in the know. Every time contact was made it didn't feel stressful. They are all very knowledgeable and have a lot of experience in their field. When coming across a few bumps in the road these were smoothed out quickly and without my input just my okay. I felt a lot of the stress was taken away from me during the sale. I have always managed to speak to a member of the team to get feedback or an update. I highly recommend Neville Turner in Pangbourne. It is well known that selling ones home is a stressful business but we found that by using Neville Turner this was reduced to a minimum. Barbara and the team at Neville Turner are amazing! First they sold our house, it went to the first viewer! Our chain was long and stretched into London, Covid19 meant everything took longer, it was fraught but Barbara was on it, chased more parts of the chain than she was supposed to and was responsible not only for holding the chain together, but ensuring it did so without taking an additional 3 months. We spoke daily at times, I can't recommend them more highly!
