Moving house is never simple, especially at the moment! But Parkers just make it so much simpler. The expertise and support from before marketing to even after completion is something well worth it compared to newer online-only estate agents. We had 2 failed attempts and if it wasn't for the hard work and dedication from Parkers, I'm not sure we'd have moved at all. From the first meeting with Jasper, who really understood our needs, understands the market and really took time to help, through to completion with Paula who was unbelievably outstanding in supporting us, through house's falling through (which sadly happens) to calling whoever was needed - nothing was ever to big for Paula. Always going above and beyond and we're extremely grateful. 100% recommend using Parkers if you're buying on selling.

From initial contact through to completion of our sale Jasper and his team in Woodley provided an excellent service. A special mention has to go to the indefatigable Paula for her relentless efforts to see the sale completed. I would wholeheartedly recommend Parkers.

I put my house on the market with Parkers in 2020 and even though we were in the middle of the pandemic, I was surprised at how many viewings they managed to get considering the climate. I mainly spoke to Jasper who always kept me up to date and gave me feedback. What I really appreciated was that they show people who were interested in viewing my house, an online video tour to ensure the viewers had a real interest in the property. They found my buyers and enabled all paperwork etc to be completed swiftly, allowing a shorter than usual process to exchange which has now happened. A big thank you to Paula also! If you are seriously looking for a professional team of Estate Agents, Parkers of Woodley are just that! Currently, out of 51 reviews here, 49 of those are 4 stars and above (90% are 5 stars). We had a bad experience with Davis Tate where our concerns regarding a buyer weren't listened to and in the end, unfortunately, those concerns were justified & received an EA apology. We then moved on to Parkers and despite a few selling issues that our buyers had - all has been good. Most importantly, Parkers have kept us informed every step of the way! We genuinely couldn't be more pleased with the service we received.

From Sale to Completion, the Parkers Woodley team have been excellent. The sales team of Callum / David/ Jasper had been great in providing expert advise on price and presentation as well as handling the offer/negotiations.
