Professionalism at the best level. My experience with Patrick Williams Estate Agents has been awesome. I managed to sell my house at the right price level for the market and through a very smooth process from start to end. This is pretty outstanding considering that I live outside of the UK. Julian Sheppard (one of their Sales Managers) has guided me through the sale process with a detailed explanation of all the necessary steps and always updating me on the progress made so that I could be fully aware of the status of the sale. I would highly recommend them!

We had a long distance move planned which took a while to organise as the type of house and location we needed was quite specific. We got our house valued by two other estate agents but decided to go with Patrick Williams. The reason for this was that when Julian visited us, he had a very calming and reassuring manner and we felt that he was very attentive regarding our needs. He got us the right kind of buyer who appreciated our sitiuation very quickly so we did not have to undergo multiple viewings. I was very happy with the way Patrick Williams conducted the sale of my house. They were clear and honest from the start about setting a realistic selling price, and about their fees. Their sales materials were very good, my house had plenty of viewings very quickly and sold within just a couple of weeks for a bit less than the asking price but for a sum I was still happy with. Patrick Williams also recommended a mortgage broker, a solicitor, and a surveyor to do my EPC, all of whom were very easy to deal with. Overall, very happy.

We had never let a house before and were very wary about it after hearing and reading about bad tenants, bad letting agents etc. But after meeting the lettings team at Patrick Williams, who came across as genuinely caring and professional, we decided to take the plunge. We are glad we did as they found us great tenants and any minor maintenance problems have been dealt with very quickly and as low cost as possible. Their communication is superb and nothing is too much trouble to them. We can't recommend them highly enough and would encourage any landlord to at least talk to them.
