We had a lovely home but a really difficult property to sell. When we first met Perry we were assured by his research and professionalism, having been recommended by an Estate Agent in East Anglia where we had been looking to move. Roger Platt would not have been the first choice due to the location of their office to our home. However, from the first introduction we knew we were in good hands. The house sale was more of a marathon than a sprint but Alison, Perry and Aeron were able to steer us through some challenging situations in a calm and considered way. They were patient, supportive and helpful throughout. We cannot recommended the team highly enough.

Outstanding service from start to completion! I recently sold my house through Roger Platt Lower Earley and I have been very impressed with the entire team performance throughout the process. Truley the only estate agency I would actually trust the sale of my house with! I have come accross this branch from the Roger Platt Estate Agency via my mortgage adviser who told me about the genuine and really professional sales advise this team was giving. This review is solely for a viewing we conducted for a house in Lower Earley a few weeks ago which we didn't end up making an offer for. However the level of service, knowledge and expertise we experienced in that 15-20mins by Assistant Manager *AERON WESTON* blew us away in comparison to the 5 previous viewings that day by 4 different local estate agencies! Although the house didn't meet just one of our requirements, me and my wife were talking about the house and Aeron's expertise and honestly all the way back home and trying to convince ourselves why we shouldn't make an offer for the property as we were sure bought into him!! We hope all our 20+ viewings had professionals like Aeron hosting. His knowledge of the area, his honesty, his enthusiasm, his life experiences in purchasing/moving, his level of background research on the property prior to the viewing were the best we experienced! When we decided to sell the family home and with little or no experience of selling a house, we were recommended Perry at RogerPlatt (Lower Earley). Much time was taken to discuss options and the property was marketed and sold via the modern auction method. Whilst it did not quite reach our minimum expected price (perhaps we over-valued it?), negotiations led to a successful outcome, a price close to our reserve and the exchange of contracts within 56 days. We were provided with an account online to monitor interest in the house and viewings and Perry (and others at RP) kept us informed of progress.
