I was delighted with the team at S&G they went out of their way to make the process as stress free as possible. From efficiently and successfully selling my property to supporting me through the legal process - they were superb. I’d especially like to praise Anthony and Barbara for their efforts - both demonstrated excellent customer service. Barbara in particular is a powerhouse - keeping all parties on track with energetic determination and humour. I felt fully informed and when my solicitor went quiet I always had Barbara in my corner to offer encouragement and updates (even out of office hours). Nothing was too much trouble. I would unequivocally recommend the team at Sansome & George and Neville Turner if you are looking to sell your property. Charlie's enthusiasm and positive attitude towards selling our property made all the difference when it came to selecting an agent. His knowledge of the market, the area and what buyers are looking for is impressive. True to his word he, along with his office team in Tilehurst, booked out 10 good viewings, and we had 7 offers on the table to consider within 2 days! Not what we were expecting.... Then as it came to progressing and closing the sale, Barbara Legg at Neville Turner was on every piece of communication, chasing solicitors, liaising and educating our (first time) buyers and all the while maintaining such composure and professionalism throughout the process even though it was a little tense at times. Their team really seem to care about what they do and go above and beyond to give you a really personal service. Barbara, in particular, was amazing in during this process. During a stressful time trying to push a sale through quickly she worked tirelessly to help move things forward but also knew when to moderate my expectation. I could rely on her to tell me the truth of a situation so I was prepared when timescales slipped, something my solicitor seemed to shy away from. I couldn't recommend the service higher and when I come to move on from the property, I will definitely be going back to the Sansome & George/Neville Turner team.

Sansome & George look after a property in Reading for us. Their fees, and their manner of collection are quite different from what we experience with a "premium" agent in Windsor and the quality of service we receive from Sansome & George is exemplary. With any property there are bound to be snags from time to time, but Sansome & George have a way of dealing with them that puts the Windsor experience to shame. No sooner do they explain to us the dimension of a snag, they follow that with proposed solutions. In the past, I have described the operation of the Windsor agent to one of their directors as dealing with the "best of the worst." Samson & George simply put, do a proper job. They keep the tenants happy and they keep us happy, too, and it is hard to see how they could o anything better.

Amazing service. After another estate agency failed to sell our property Anthony took on the sale for S&G. We got over asking price and he was easy to deal with and proactive in communications. More importantly, since the agreed sales and recent exchange we had a nightmare chain with multiple buyers playing games and mistakes by solicitors.
