Ricky helped me in securing a tenancy for my BTL property a while ago. In a very short span of time he conducted quite a few viewings and arranged a tenant for a very reasonable price. The property also required some maintenance for which Ricky arranged his handymen and electricians to have things fixed before tenants moved in. Neale and Ricky have helped me find two tenants, one for my 1 bed studio in Lower Earley and another for our 2 bed house in Winnersh. Although due to Covid, it did take few weeks to find good tenants in the end they did find the right people who matched my exact requirement and I am very happy about it. One of the main things that Ricky and Neale do better than other agents is, they do take excellent pictures and videos which few of the other agents I used in the past (Cintra and Haart) never do. They are lazy even to take pics and Videos. The other good thing is Neale and Ricky share these with owners to use for their individual advertising which I don’t think other agents would do. Both Neale and Ricky are bang on time for their appointments too! Another thing Ricky is very good at is, as soon as the agreement is done, without us asking he transfers the funds instantly, no need to chase like I had to with Cintra in the past!!! key point to be noted! The beginning of December I started looking for a new room to rent. I came across the add on Spare room and from the very moment I queried about the room they were very responsive. The viewing was arranged for the next day, when I met Neale and he showed me the property. He was very professional, told me all about the place, flatmates, answered all my questions. He also informed me about the offer they had regarding the room. I loved the room but I still had other viewings. When we departed Neale told me to text him if I made up my mind. A week later I was almost sure, so I asked for a second viewing and it was granted. I've seen the place for the second time in daylight shown by Neale, who showed the same level of professionalism, devotment and commitment. Later that day I texted him that I would like to take the room and he very promptly sent me the Confirmation of reservation. Clear wording, no catch, no tricks. Not even a week later I had my contract and my keys to my new room. All in all, I am very pleased with Sophic Property and all I can do is recommend them with no regrets. Thank you!

Fantastic experience from the very start. All documents can be signed online, via email. As well as the inventory is done thoroughly with a 360 degree camera. Furthermore i had an input on the inventory and make amendments if I felt they were needed, before it was finalised. At the house viewing, they told me of any existing minor issues the property had without be prompted, so I was fully aware of all the pros and cons of the property. They have always been clear, open, friendly, and honest in all their communications. Any issues I've had since moving in they have dealt with, with no fuss, and in a timely manner. 10/10 would highly recommend.
