Selling my house was a lot easier than I expected. All the estate agents I approached were helpful and professional but Mark at Woodleys gave the best valuation and I liked the idea of all viewings together. Within days of going on the market there were lots of viewings followed by lots of offers. I was able to choose a buyer ready to move quickly and with the addition of an efficient solicitor contracts were exchanged in what seemed like record time. Mark was knowledgeable and friendly, answering all queries and concerns straight away and ensured the sale was kept moving. I could not have asked for a better service and would recommend Mark and the team at Woodleys Estate Agent to anyone.

I chose this agent above others, as the staff were all down to earth, professional, friendly and had a wealth of knowledge regarding the area, as had been established for many years. In these Covid times, I was concerned how we would go ahead with the process. I need not have worried. I moved out of my home for a week and Mark sold my house within 48 hours. He helped me with some additional negotiations along the way and always responded to me in a timely manner. Gareth came on board and took over the administering of a very small chain brilliantly. Whenever I contact the office, whoever answers the phone, I'm greeted with a very friendly and helpful voice on the other end. Aidan and Nicola look after the rental side of the business and go the extra mile to ensure that any issues are dealt with in a professional manner. They are very approachable, they have time for you, it's like talking to family. As I live in Cyprus with Aidan and Nicola looking after my rentals I know I'm in a very safe set of hands.

If it wasn't for Gareth I don't know if my dad would have ever moved. It was a long sometimes stressful experience however Gareth consistently sorted issues, chased and ensured the chain had everything which was needed. It was a superstar effort. Nicola keeps me in touch with the property, and Aidan makes sure the rent is paid into my account each month. Billy the manager of Woodley's is also on hand for any other queries you may have. A very well organised professional team.

Easily the best Estate Agent in the area! We viewed 20+ properties with other agents many of who were REALLY poor. Inexperienced scruffy sales agents or just after a quick "deal". Woodleys were so much better! Mike and Mark took the time to understand our needs and worked with us to negotiate a fair deal on the property we purchased.
