Anstey were extremely helpful, professional and hard working for us when we were trying to find a student house in Southampton. This applies to all communication, viewings and negotiations we experienced. We had total trust in Raphael to help find properties suitable for us and he would always respond with speed and was so helpful with answering any questions or concerns we had. We knew he was being honest with us and that he genuinely wanted to help us find the best property for our group. He went out of his way to get us a great deal and negotiate for us which he succeeded in. I will be recommending Anstey to future students I meet.

I would recommend Frank Hybrid Lettings to everyone! The service was exceptional and more professional than any other service I had been in contact with previously. Reliable, professional and friendly service. Due to my job I was finding it difficult to arrange viewings within a suitable time frame, Frank lettings managed to get me in the same and from there it's been plain sailing. I've been impressed with Frank Lettings and, in particular, Rhys from first contact. I had been using another Letting agent for over two years when I needed to find a new tenant. My existing agent hadn't managed to find a suitable tenant after two months so I engaged Frank Lettings and Rhys found me tenants within two days on the second viewing. I liked that he had been very active in generating interest in the flat during the short time period and also screened out some of those expressing interest so that those who viewed were in a good position to move in quickly. His cold calling via email took me by surprise - always assuming it is hard sell- not Rhys. He didn’t push for business but contacted me a week later as I had requested. Have had an amazing time with Anstey with finding a house! After being screwed around by other letting agents Anstey have been very efficient and quick with responses and very helpful with our guarantor situations! Raphael was a delight when showing us around the properties, leaving me and my friends more than comfortable and confident in letting with them. We left the viewings speaking very highly of Raphael and think he has been amazing with handling everything and his constant communication!
