So at the beginning when we decided to move we had 4 agents coming out to do a valuation. Austin & Wyatt came to us first. One other agent never showed. Went with Neil from Austin & Wyatt who was very professional, explained everything from the start well and the house was on the market very fast with very good quality photos. We sold within a couple of weeks which was amazing. Neil promised us he could sell our property and that we would get the best price he could and they delivered. Both he and martyna in bitterne were always on hand to help with any issues we had. We were kept up to date on viewings and feedback. Rhea, is an absolute treasure! As the sale progressed we kept facing issues beyond anyone's control but Rhea always dealt with them quickly and professional keeping us in the loop the whole time.
