I am so glad, that Lara was recommended to me. To be honest i hadnt even realised that Chambers had a branch in Lowford. Im a fussy person and I knew exactly how i wanted to market our property. Lara listened very patiently and she was so very helpful, with suggestions. There was absolutely no pressure from her, no hard sell at all. I wanted an open day, which she and lovely Lesley managed perfectly. She understood that we hoped a family would buy our house, if that was possible, as it has been our family house for so long. She put forward to us all the offers and their situs. I felt that everything had been dealt with in as fair way as possible. Our sale is going through at the moment. I feel very confident with Lara and Lesley and actually quite relaxed which is something I thought id never say about moving. We found them very professional ,dedicated, trustworthy, hardworking , knowledgeable. friendly, patient and courteous ( i am not always the easiest to deal with at times ) Chambers have sold two houses for us over the last twelve months one was multi agent and they were the furthest away and still sold it. When the one property chain failed several times they never gave up and resold it . When the solicitors had unanswered enquiries they stepped in and copied paperwork to get the deal through quicker. They also supported us on our purchase even though it was not through them. This is why we feel the 5 Stars are well deserved and would strongly recommend there services. Very positive experience, we actually chose Chambers to market our property because we were so impressed with the approach taken by Lara when we viewed a property with them. They were not pushy at all so we decided to list ours through them. Overall I dealt with 4 agents through my sale and purchases of properties, plus numerous others through viewings and I can honestly say that chambers were leagues above the rest. Lee was very friendly and helpful when showing me around the property, not pushy or ‘salesy ‘ at all and did a great job in getting the deal done.
