Once my house was sold and I found my dream house, the assistance provided to ensure that all my ducks were in a row by contacting agents in the backward and forward chain was above and beyond (Emma Mitchell). Outstanding, my house was on the market 7 months, they phoned every week just to touch base, they were honest and realistic about the value of my property. I have been meaning to leave this review for a while now, but what with settling into our dream home it's been forgotten about, but Chimney Pots do not deserve to be forgotten about! Quite the opposite actually. From day one they were amazing! Phil & Emma and the team were faultless, on call 24/7 and dealt with the whole process perfectly and best of all promptly, nothing was to much trouble and made a very stressful process quite easy really, I have dealt with many other agents in the past and to be honest there is no comparison what so ever, not even the cost, its a lot cheaper than most others and you get a lot more for your money, where's the catch you might say?
