It has been my pleasure from the outset of the process of selling my mother's bungalow to have Josh and the staff of Enfields, Shirley Southampton at the helm. From the beginning Josh and his staff have ensured the process was efficient and professional, keeping me informed at regular intervals as to where the process was and if something was required of me. Unfortunately, for no apparent reason my first buyers dropped out at the last hurdle which could be considered somewhat of a set-back. However, upon hearing the news Josh and his crew sprang into action immediately putting the property back on the market. Following a couple of visits and offers a buyer was found the very next day! Now that's what I call service! Today is completion date on the bungalow so all being well we find ourselves at the end of the journey. I wish to express my gratitude for all you (Enfields, josh and the team) have done to make what could have been a rocky ride turn into a smooth, well informed comfortable adventure. Superb service. Enfields help in a recent sale of my flat deserves a public review. The property was marketed efficiently - multiple viewings were arranged quickly, and it was obvious that Enfields had good knowledge of the Southampton area. The initial transaction was complex but when my original buyers dropped out a replacement buyer was found extremely quickly (within 48 hours) and for a price that suited us both, and this sale was completed with minimum fuss. Throughout this process Sam and Shaun in particular were quick to answer emails, called regularly to update on progress and successful completion allowed purchase of a new property. Although initially we felt that the selling price offered was on the low side, other local estate agents who quoted higher either did not return our calls, or were unprofessional when they viewed the property and then never followed through with information.
