I have let two of my properties through Enfields and I have been super impressed with the communication and service. Louise has personally dealt with my lettings and she has always been really helpful and efficient, nothing has every been too much trouble . I must also mention Emily and Nathan who have assisted with both of my lets. Additionally, Enfields have charged really reasonable rates and have always aimed to make sure that my property is protected and I am supported as a landlord. I will be using them for sourcing all my tenants in the future.

Top agency! We bought a property through them and Sam Binnington is the one that helped us from the beginning until after the end. This guy is a LEGEND! He helped us through the whole process, made sure that all parts involved answered and worked in a timely manner. We believe Shaun actually saved the deal as the seller would lose his patience if Enfields didn't intermediate on all sides. We have worked with Paul and his team at Enfields for many years and have always been impressed by their attitude to online marketing… accepting the need to constantly evolve and keep up with user trends and changes on the web and in their industry. We have working closely together to deliver the best possibly website - not just a business tool for an estate agent, but primarily a genuine website to best serve their customers (very refreshing!). We are biased obviously but think the latest version of the website, that will no doubt continue to evolve, is one of the best out there.

Enfields took over the management of our flat last year, and we have been very impressed with the service they provide. Gen Glancy is our key contact and she competently handled all the arrangements for checking out tenants at the end of their tenancy, providing a very detailed check out report and diligently following up on the work required to relet the property. She responds quickly and positively to any emails and efficiently liaises with our tenants whenever necessary.

We have been using Enfield's letting services for many years now. With all the maintenance and general running of the properties, it's great to leave the finding of tenants to them. One phone call to Louise and the procedure begins. Tenant found within two weeks, paperwork sorted, together with all necessary notices served. Utterly faultless. Fee's have gone up, as informed, but so has the rent obtained for what was advertised. Can't argue with that :)
