We sold our property with Richard and the team at Hamwic early this year. We had purchased a property previously as first time buyers but this was our first time selling. They were fantastic from start to finish, offered great advise and helped us get the best price for our property. Very professional and extremely helpful, even with the purchase of our new property (they didn't have to help with this as it was through another company) they didn't even hesitate to assist, always went above and beyond to help in any way they could. Very responsive and always returned our calls the same day, never left us waiting. They certainly made the entire process a lot less stressful and we will 100% be recommending Hamwic to friends and family.

Will forever be grateful for the help and advice received from Hamwic. I had to co-ordinate a house move for my Nan who hadn’t move in decades and I had never dealt with the sale or purchasing of a property and the team went out their way to help and advise throughout the whole process and even the buyers of my Nans house commented on how amazing our estate agents were compared to who they used. I strongly recommend anyone thinking of selling or buying to use Hamwic Estate agents to get quality service, none of the annoying junk emails and help whenever needed. We sold and purchased through Hamwics at the beginning of this year. From start to finish the team were fantastic! When we decided to sell, the team came round promptly and took professional images which really showed the best of our home. We had a consistent stream of viewings and It ended up selling within weeks! We hadn’t picked the easiest time to try and buy a house but Ray and his team kept us constantly updated with new properties coming on the market and showed us a few we wouldn’t have considered ourselves, one we ended up buying! We wouldn’t have found our dream home without the Hamwics team. They kept in continual contact with our solicitors too so in all it was a really smooth process. We are incredibly happy in our new home but I wouldn’t hesitate to use Hamwics again or recommend them to anyone.

Hamwic’s were super professional and quick to respond to any queries we had during our purchase of our property. Unfortunately, we had some issues with people dropping out and half our chain having to wait while a new property was found. It was extremely stressful and worrying, but Richard kept us informed the entire way and nothing was too much. Not the usual estate agents (In a very GOOD way) Richard, Ray and Tina have been great from the very first point of contact. Always a pleasure to deal with Neil, Ray and Richard. Nothings too much trouble and will always return your call when get chance as always so busy visiting people and selling houses. If I had the power to get everybody to use Hamwic estate agents in totton I would. It's almost like the purple bricks advert about commisery. Don't make the mistake of being one of those people who gets over charged or a slow and poor service, use Hamwic every time. This review is completely my own view as a returning customer of hamwic and someone who hates seeing people lose out or pay more than necessary and get a sub standard service in comparison. Steve C.
