I’d like to say a huge thank you to Leaders Bitterne! They’ve made the process of finding a new home very easy. Phoned up in the morning to book a viewing, by the evening the paperwork had been signed and the wheels were in motion. Due to a change in job position, me and my partner had to locate back to Southampton where we are also originally from. Initially, locating a property was tough even as tenants who don't smoke, have no pets, no kids, good income etc... Not to mention we have all been there and experienced a belittling tone of other estate/lettings agencies. The moment we contacted leaders, we were immediately shocked with the comforting tone-of-voice and in general their warm and welcoming customer service towards us. Not least to mention that in addition to this, leaders were listing a property to let which fitted exactly what we were looking for, and then some! I'd like to especially thanks Aaron Carlow for being amazing with clear and detailed communication. As well as of course Alexandra Martin for being out point of contact until we have moved in. In addition to this I'd like to thank the rest of the team. In addition to the above, viewings were also easily arranged at convenient times where any questions were answered – I can remember with our previous let, none of our questions were really able to be answered. So this was a huge plus and made the process of looking for a property much quicker and stress-free. This is to say that if you are looking for a property and are fed up of the belittling tone that some agencies give and want an agency that you can feel that you trust, look no further!

My experience with Leaders so far has been fantastic. The only real criticism I have is that sometimes information slips through the cracks when you move from one stage to the next, however that is just nitpicking an otherwise stellar outfit. The professionalism I've encountered with the agents is second to none and special thanks to Sam Pick for his handling of my nature and working with me to get the facts in order and the let agreement over the line and having a continual diplomatic approach to my probably unreasonable chase requests. While it may be frustrating jumping through the additional hoops that Leaders have in comparison to their competitors, I can satisfactorily say that now that everything is agreed we know where we stand regarding the property with far more clarity than a number of my previous lets. Aaron, Sam and Jayne are a great team. Very helpful and professional. Arron was particularly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend Leaders in Bitterne. The only Downside is that Leaders use 'The lettings hub' as their reference company. The lettings hub are possibly the worst of a bad bunch. Incredibly poor. Without Aaron and Jayne from leaders sorting out several major problems, I would personally have given up. 5 star leaders - minus 10 for the lettings hub.

I have recently been looking for a house to let in Southampton and have been in contact with many estate agents. Two of the houses I've seen over the last couple of weeks have been managed by Leaders Estate Agents in Bitterne, and both times Sam Pick has been the agent showing the house. Sam is without a doubt the best estate agent I've dealt with in all of my house searches over the years. My experiences have not been great with the various estate agents I've been in contact with, many showing up to the viewing unprepared and seemingly indifferent about the property and my rental needs, but Sam has been excellent. He is enthusiastic, honest, professional, and in both instances I've dealt with him he's been extremely helpful and was aware of the quirks and intricacies of each property. Never once did I feel that he was just 'selling' me something or using a bunch of words to hide the fact that he didn't know the answer to a question. I would go back to Leaders just because of Sam.
